Who sponsors serial callers? I agree that people should be educated to use IT and media to benefit all and there should be laws to punish those who cause harm or hurt. Or rather there should be STRONG INSTITUTION to deal with people who stray regardless of their colour, height, tribe, sex or political affilations. Koku start the education by being polite and measured in your words. Start by changing negative to positive or insulting words to not insulting. For example Koku, say "people will be responsible for their actions or inactions" instead of "we will deal with pepole drastically..."
