  We do all the difficult work on field and yet We are not recognized. all the work that is to be done by the public health nurses are done by the community health nurses.So why do they want to call us assistant

  am suprise to hear that Chns finds it dificult to upgrade what a pity what is the moh &ghs doing ? these are proffesionals who immunize our new born babies and see to their well being , do consulting and also do emergency Deliveries whiles they are certificate holders I respect. them alot . I plead for authorities to do some thing about their carrier developement. for they need to be upgraded for the sake of the job

  No CHN enjoys strike. We love our work n are professionals because we do a professional Job. However, when the center can't hold 'things fall apart'.

  Am a chn, do all the work at my facility. Do delivery too and ur treating us lyk dis. No wk even if its two yrs.
