It is said that charity begins at home. So may l suggest to Mr Kofi Annan and his eminent Electoral Intergrity lnitiative group , to put their focus and searchlight on Ghana as a case study, in terms of the preparations and challanges facing the Electoral Commission, Political parties , security agencies (particularly the proper role of the police in an election ) and all stakeholders, to ensure that Ghana satisfy the matrix to deliver credible and fair elections to deepen and sustain our current fragile democratic dispensation.
