The article is stating that the debt was created through contract awarded in 2006 during Kuffours government and you are talking about mahama. Are you dumb or just uncivilized. Maybe you are an addict like your flagbearer so you don't even recognize your environment. The Bush party and it's members are so consumed by their own folly that they think everything good is from them and everything bad is from others.

The other day I heard so empty headed Npp fools from the USA questioning the Israeli ambassador to Ghana about STL. I want to on record that if you fools don't know it is the same STL company that akkufo Addo awarded the contract for renovation of six embassies around the world to. Then in 2011 traveled to Israel to collect the kick back under the pretext of going there to pray. I have all documents covering the deal.
Folks don't be fooled because these politicians have nothing new to offer Ghana. Nana Addo is very corrupt.

This is how far I believe this story.Contract was signed in 2006, Kuffour's administration.Kuffour left in 2008 and the NDC took over.Were they aware a contract had been signed or it was like the Embraer affair?In this country, stories make headline news once and die away.The writer should come up with more facts about this case.One thing is certain about American companies and I do fervently wished all Ghanaian contracts are awarded to American companies.Reason: By American federal law,it is a crime to pay bribes to a foreign government for a contract.Any American company that does so is prosecuted in America.For this reason we'd have paid the exact price for the barges we purchased in the AMERI deal, that was inflated by almost 100% due to kick-backs, thanks to Dr.Donkor! The Chinese seem to make things cheaper, but too fond of paying kick-backs to foreign governments for contracts.So in the end it gets more expensive !
So readers here would take it kindly if this story is further expunged on.

Six months on, one has yet to take a legal action. The Pubic Account Committee met Mr Awuku Darko before this was revealed. Otherwise what had been revealed in 2012 auditing was a private affair presided over by Mr Awuku. An NPP government awarded the contract and the NDC government didn't care about its execution. The NDC government in power for eight of the ten years didn't consider it fruitful to pursue its execution because of what? The monkey doesn't take issue with the one who killed it but with the one who dragged the carcass to the dumpster.

Going to court is not the solution since it is a criminal act, the interpol need to investigate to apprehend the swindlers before been prosecuted. Ghanaians are now becoming dangerous thieves so there is need to seek assistance from interpol to bring the culprits to book. Politicians definitely have hands in this monkey business. We have such huge amount in the nation's coffers and still call ourselves a poor country ? Down with democracy and up with revolution.

Fools, a contruct was signed in 2006 and Kufuor also left power 2008 and this present gov't did not ensured the company has finished working before paying them. Nana b3ba 2016.

Ofankor-Pokuase BMW saloon was bought by same regime and was delivered during Mills' tenure but some may think its the NDC which initiated it.

I now understand why NPP is giving you people hell. No Guarantees of bond before commencement of works? You are now going to waste additional tax payers money to fight this case in court? How sure are you that you will be able to get the monies worth back or get the job done without paying extra due to other factors. Please, the government must step in to ensure that the right thing is done. Dear Mr. President, you need to be wide awake for I see lots of things happening to derail whatever progress you have achieved. Is it a case of corruption? We need to see.
