I am a Ghanaian citizen and I can tell for sure that apart of what Abrefa Busia, Edward Akufo Addo and co did to destroy Ghana in the mid sixties never have we seen any other Ghanaian followed the destructive and divisive brought into Ghana by that wicked tradition. Kwame Nkrumah did all he could to unite Ghanaians by discouraging the practice of tribalism in Ghana until Busia and his team came in and divided us on tribal basis. in Nkrumah's time he detribalized us hence we all saw ourselves as one people one nation no matter where one came from. all student from other tribes were encouraged to attend the same schools, eat together in the dinings halls and also sleep in the same dometries, participate in games and what not until the Busia-Danquah tradition came in after bad soldires like generals Afrifa and Kotoka handed over political power to them on a silver platter. today, I can feel it in my spirit that Akuffo Addo an off spring from that devilish tradition is moving heaven and earth to send us back to those black and shameful days. this guy has demonstrated to some of us who can foresee ahead that he is a tyrant, nobody dares to challenge his authority, a divisive and tribalistic.
