  It appears that Ghana is not learning from the American experience of gun violence.Ghana will not stay peaceful for long.With high youth unemployment combined with increase in the nacortics trade calamity similar to the problems of Mexico are looming large on the horizon.There is no sense of urgency among Ghanains.Rest assured that the Ghanains will one day witness school kids packing guns with their school knapsacks.Sadly Ghana politicians are asleep at the wheel until tragedy hits.Then they are all up with their stupid NPP/NDC nonsense.

  I hope the EC and the NDC are paying attention. They have taken uncompromising stance on every political issue in Ghana, refusing to see the point of view of the opposition. They are relying heavily on the police and the country's security personnel to deal ruthlessly with the opposition. The fact is that the public have millions of guns more than the police and the security combined. Give and take negotiations is the only way to peace in the country, not MY WAY OR THE HIGH WAY attitude.
