IF THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIVE TO YOUR DEMANDS, IT MEANS THEY HAVE SOMETHING IN THE CONTRACT YOU MIGHT NOT KNOW OR OUR GOVERNMENT HAD ALREADY TAKEN MUCH OF THIS MONEY YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT WITHOUT YOUR KNOWING IT.   American companies don't pay kick-backs for contracts...in fact reason they have lost out in most African countries to Chinese and Brazilians who pay anything to get contracts in Africa particularly Ghana.American companies are prosecuted in America if they pay kick-backs to foreign governments.This said, our government is not come up with the name of the American company.The contract was signed in 2006 under kuffour.Was it ken Dapaah who signed the contract? Trust me, ken is not a stupid guy at all.The reason he is not a doctor but Mr!.Unlike Dr Donkor in the AMERI deal. Awuah-Darko claims he signed the settlement agreement in 2015? Why this delay? Or this government may have been settled and no one is talking.The reason they don't mention the company 's name.Someone is not telling the truth here.And our Soli journalists are not helping us either!

When the Norwegian journalist hinted of the AMERI deal, he mentioned the name of the company, their location,signatories to the contract, and even met with the minister to show him the picture of the AMERI frontman the Paki-norwegian fraudster.What kind of soli journalism is this? No name of the American company,their location in the US, which minister in the Kuffour administration signed the contract.It lacks details.Or our government is shielding the identity of the company for a reason.If this last insinuation holds any water at all, is it possible Awuah-Darko who signed the settlement agreement in 2015? must have received the settlement and run off with it? Like I have said time and again,American companies don't pay kick-backs for contracts overseas! It is a federal criminal offence.Remember a US congressman still sitting in jail for helping American companies gain communication contracts in Ghana and Nigeria in mid 2000? He stuffed proceeds from the kick-backs he received in a deep freezer in his home.
  So we will like to know the name of the American company and the minister then who signed the deal. General Electric quotes prices of their electricity barges online.They are the manufacturers.We chose to buy it from AMERI in Turkey at twice the price. Impoverished governments cannot afford to always go through third parties in their procurement.Except when our leaders are looking for kick-backs!

  If the boot had been on the other foot, they would be saying Ghana abroad and asking for zillions.
  
  This is a clear-cut case of causing financial loss to Mother Ghana - and those officials whose carelessness has led to this situation must be prosecuted. Period.
