If so, was it with the 'moderate force' it was required to apply against difficult suspects?

If the statement, "According to residents.... Police officers brutally assaulted the victim with batons and dragged him on the streets till he became unconscious" is true, then it might be that the Police action might have contributed to the death.

Notwithstanding, the family and residents should cease taking the law into their hands and find some good lawyer to help them seek justice.

The man was beaten by the police an blah blah blah and his heart failed and he died. What is his CAUSE OF DEATH- heart failure, and now what is his mechanism of death- he was beaten to the point where probably the deceased went into hemorrhagic shock and for the heart to compensate for the associated hypotension there was reflex tachycardia and arrythnias which resulted in his death. So in the mechanism u talk abt the assault but the cause of death remains the CHF. The mechanism of death I gave as an example is only a prototype not the findings in the case of the krofrom boy. U HV Bn beaten by ur teachers so many times but u didn't die, so beating can't be the cause of his death but the heart failure, den the mech of death ll be beatings and blah blah happened and dat happened and lead to heart failure and death. Pls let the coroner, the pathologist and the police do their work. The journalist has twisted the case to get ur attention that the police are exonerated. The mechanism of death still points to them.

And the cause and mechanism of death are different for ur poor brains to comprehend with ur lame thinking. Jux like most patients have an underlying condition predisposing then to complications u can't sit at the bantam a village houses and say stupid things abt a revered man. A person is a known hypertensive he dies and u ll be at home thinking hypertension killed the person, so many ppl HV hypertension but r living why is this one dead, that means there was something that killed the person than jux the hypertension and that is what the pathologist does and get u how the underlying condition complicated things and caused the death. U can only sit at ur home and challenge issues with ur lame thinking bcos u lack the understanding and knowledge of a properly trained doctor who can differentiate between cause and mechanism. The subject of bribery, my brother to the best of my knowledge and my time with Dr Sampene i have known him not to be a corrupt person and will never undermine the integrity of a coroner case, and that is what has made him popular in Ghana. The next time u level such an allegation against him I will with the help of the police and telcos track u and serve u accordingly on his behalf
