The Commission only wanted you to explain what happened to the balance (GBP 1,000,000) that you claimed you left with the Lawyers who you engaged to effect the sales austencibly to use in paying future debts that the GNPC might incur! There was nothing to show that Tsatsu Tsikata use the drill ship as surerity for the loan that Valley Farms took from Society General, which he witnessed on behalf of GNPC. If NPP is fair to Ghana and her people the best they should have done it to sell Valley Farm and use the proceeds to pay for the loan and interest.

Are we not made to believe that the recommendations of a Commission of Enquiry are akin to the ruling of a High Court (re Ghana at 50 Wreko Brobbey's challenge of Government attempt to prosecute him)
