Not only is the advice vague but lacking in any moral foundations and or value men want. Do single people on the dating scene remain celibate? Do they fool around but not go all the way? What exactly is involved in fooling around? Does casual dating involve spending money? If you're a young woman or lady why put yourself in situations that would result in a potential sexual assault on a date who may not know when to stop whatever the heck he is doing that you do not want? In the final analysis our women are being asked to go hoeing and I know of no man who desire to marry a young woman who has been with half the men in the town they live.

This of cause has led to potentially viable relationships being cast off just because some counselor is giving some unhelpful advice to a challenge that has arisen to in the relationship. To me for a relationship to move to the next phase of which is marriage is dependent on the two people. If the ready and willing to brave the storm then they can live the marriage life other than that even if an Angel came from heaven to sit and mediate in a problem it will not work.

We see people from afar and get attracted to them only to get closer and realize incompatibility right? Dating us that period you decide whether you want to get closer to someone or not and you are not supposed to be screwing them by then.

Mind you he is against pre-marital sex. He wants you to got out platonically, have an open mind about your date and not have fancy ideas about he/she will perform in bed. Adequate knowledge is not a day nor a week nor a month but requires thorough observations and prayers. That is why scriptures says we should watch and pray. So Abigail, that be misinformed, the reasons why many marriages are breaking is because of such misinformation thrown into the air. Remember, the way for you to enjoy your marriage may not necessary apply to me or any other person. My advice is watch (i.e. learn your partner very well before saying "i do") and pray (seeking God's direction)
