This is what we do in Ghana and we are always one step back. We do not want to address issues we rather accuse the person who is doing the right thing and then praise the wrong doers. We have to think beyond the box and do the right thing.

Atuguba is NOT a role model for any lawyer who wants to build integrity, be ethical, be transparent, etc. He dealt with the election petition case only on principles of nepotism, ethnocentricism, bias, tribalism and pecuniary gains. There is one lawyer by name Lawyer Hanson Kwadwo Koduah who is operating in Kumasi as a notorious criminal.It is amazing this notorious fraudster and trickster is still with the Ghana Bar Association.It is astonishing that the general legal council is taking absolutely know action against him despite knowledge of his nefarious activities.This is a lawyer who have defrauded maltitudes of desperate clients who seek legal assistance from him.He takes advantage of the vulnerability of his clients and professional background to extort them of huge sums of money.Even in several instances where this lawyer have been reported to the police no action is taken against him in clear case of dubbing and extortion of clients.He operates with a delicate gang who lure unsuspecting victims to his IGIT Legal Consult at Asokwa to be defrauded of huge sums of money.He has become a wanted fugitive in Kumasi because of the numerous clients he dubbed.Even if the general legal council and the police continue to shield this lawyer,he will be short to death just like any armed robber because he has dubbed and impoverish many of his clients without offering them any legal assistance but uses his links and profession to escape justice.Surprisingly,Lawyer Koduah is a senior lecturer at the faculty of law,KNUST and a pastor.One just wonders what morals this crass criminal will be teaching his students and congregation.

Arrogance:(for example) Judge, lawyer, minister, president, soldier etc, so what? you are like anyone else, the question is: are you able to make life better for others like the farmer, fisherman, market woman, taxi driver etc? that is what is important.
Go see them at funerals, churches, etc, they come with big cars, you can see they really feel 'big' and the locals worship them. They can't and are not effective where they work, they are all thieves as we saw in Ana's case.

When experienced judges including Atuguba resort to corrupting and selling themselves to the highest bidder and twisting the "interpretation" of the law, then it trickles down to the lower division.

Some of these so-called Judges including Atuguba have lost the respect of the junior rank and file and should shut the f...k up and take whatever behaviour these lawyers put before them. Atuguba and co do not demand any form of respect at all.

My brother once attempted to purchase a house in Medina. The vendor's Lawyer insisted on acting for the purchaser of the same subject matter. I w3ent to the said Lawyer's chambers and protested against that on the ground of conflict of interest. This lawyer was so incensed that he drove me away from his office. My brother, who was the would be purchaser withdrew from the transaction eventually.
