  Land cannot be left fallow which is why there has been encroachment. Now that the factory is back to life and a ready market made available, out-growers should be encouraged to form cooperatives and societies to engage in large scale sugar cane cultivation
  for sale to the factory. In this way employment would be generated for both farmers and marketers. No more arm folding and blaming Govt for lack of jobs. The Banks must assist these groups. Where is Dr. Paa Kwesi Ndoum and his long talk?

  ONCE THE LAND LEASE PERIOD IS OVER OR THE LAND IS NOT BEING USED FOR ITS PURPOSE THE LAND OWNER CAN RE ENTER!

You see only the evil in others and shut your eyes to yours. Power sweet, which is why NPP is trying very hard to come back. And which is why JDM is also commissioning half completed projects.
