Meanwhile, if Crabbe wants, he could still appeal to the Supreme Court for a final and conclusive verdict. The Appeals Court Judge is not infallible.
The facts of the case with which the Judge summed up could still be lacking certain details.

Besides, we are assuming the Judge was wholly objective. I am not so sure about that. And I am not sure about Ghanaian Judges anymore, after what Anas revealed about them.

So, before you categorically dismiss Crabbe's rational for appealing the case, you ought to leave some room for a possible error (or even bias) by the Judge.

Your suggestion that we cannot 'question the judgment by a court of competent jurisdiction' smacks of reposing absolute perfection in our jurisprudence--something that is both disingenuous and naive, to say the least.

You may simply hate the idea that Sammy Crabbe would even sue the NPP to have his suspension reversed. Well, you are entitled to your opinion and sentiments. But you are not entitled to the truthful facts of the case. People reserve the right, just as you exercised, to question any verdict, given what facts they have think are available to them. And they could as well be the same facts as the Judge considered. It is only that they might have good reasons to believe the Judge erred.

The facts would exist as they really are, whether or not some Judge misapplies them. It is up to Crabbe's Lawyers to weigh their chances of proving them to the next higher court, if he so desires to pursue the case.

The last time I checked, folks like you were the same who vehemently rejected the outcome of the SC verdict on the Election petition Akufo-Addo sued for.

Wasn't that verdict by a 'court of competent jurisdiction'?

In all honesty, the silence of Alan k. on the behaviour of both Sammy Crabbe, Kwabena Agyapong, Afoko and the irritant Baah Achamfour is dangerous to Alan's political career.

There are times am tempted to believe that these guys actually, physically, directly worked to defeat npp in 2012.

My advise to Alan k. and his political machinery is that now that Crabbe has been defeat at the court, it is certain that Afoko will definitely be defeated.

What does this mean, the political weight of Alan K. is just next to paper in the npp fraternity. So Alan would need to initiate a peace dialogue between these irritants from his camp and that of nana addo. Now it is not in the interest of nana addo. It is Alan K's. He must in the interest call afoko, Crabbe, Kwabena Agyapong, Dr. Tamakloe, Arthur K, Kwadwo mpiani and the likes to order and stop the systematic way of distracting the party.

Look, failure to do so will have a negative effect of Alan himself.

1) bawumia has now added some political weight on. He is now a force.

2) bawumia coming from the makes him a political capital that delegates will not want to discard at any npp delegate conference

3) bawamiah is very intelligent and wise that Ghanaians will like to have as president.

4) he is marketable because he is a fine gentleman among others.

5) npp delegate resides in Ghana and therefore hear, read and are thinking through the issues of the internal wrangling and will show people distracting the party's political programs particular this 2016 elections.

Now that this fool has been cut to size he can now proceed to the appeals court because that place is for his father,what's natural justice?the Npp which you re a member of poor standing,has invited you through a commitee,a structure constituted to hear diciplanary matters call you after whitewashing and rubbishing them to defend yourself,you refuse to appear and decides to go to court to ask of natural justice,the Systerm of Justice can only be obtained from God.Afoko is next,people who fail to reason because they ve made some money,should not be entatained by any court,all the power this guys enjoyed was not given them by the courts,it's the same Npp structures and processes that saw you elected,to go against party rules just because you were elected and thinking that it's only through same means the party can remove you from office is childish.

Afoko's case will also be thrown out for the same constitutional breaches he accused the party of, and his very lack of knowledge and understanding of the NPP's party constitution and structures and his descent into the creation of an autocracy with his assumption as the chairman of the NPP party and also the fact that, the party has every right to suspend him for acts of indiscipline and acting ultra vires to the party's structures and constitution.
