Instead of using technocrats to man cocobod we rather appoint people who doesn't even know planting distance for cocoa.A medical doctor in charge of cocoa meanwhile Dr Oppong and his colleagues who are great cocoa gurus have been sidelined to pave way for a politically appointed dictator to come and ruin the future of the cocoa industry. NDC,s incompetence cuts across all sector but I know for sure that come Nov 7,Nana Addo led administration will come and rescue the cocoa sector. POOR NDC
