  Extortion monies from juniors is very common in GES,this started in a way back PNDC / NDC where teachers who are due for promotion are made to pay money just to get promoted if you refuse to pay you wouldn't get promoted especially where qualified ones this could be true who knows because these are the people who have been directors of various positions in GES for a while so he is not different from others.

  Jakes,you are right! There is a lot of ROT in GES but usually not from the top. Mr. Kor is purging his heart. I know him to be an honest man and you can rely on him.
