The explanation given by Mr. Terkper conforms with taxation on Retirement Benefits. When employees and their employers make contributions towards the Social Security Pension Fund, taxes are not taking from this amount and as such when individual or an employee proceed to retirement, they have to pay taxes on their monthly benefits.

This is not a new law or rule been introduce by the Finance Minister. All over the world, this is the practice of countries who participate in Pension Funds. Anyidaho is been a bully fool who just don't have the country's economic situation at heart. Any income or money derive from anything should be taxed. What I don't like about Mr. Terkper is his inability to create economic environment where entrepreneurs could take advantage to expand or create new jobs for our teeming youths who are just roaming aimlessly with no hope in the future.

Even though,Koku Anyidaho,Fiifi Quartey,and other school boys in the flag staffhouse know the NDC performs under expectation,they only becloud it with political propaganda ostensibly to let them hung on to power. A time will come when all your members who are also Ghanaians will tell the Government, unough is enough,since the manner the economy is been driven by NDC is adversely affecting the populace of the Nation and that time is 7,November 2016.
