He is upset because he couldn't get Kotoko or Hearts to bail him out of the predicament he is facing.
His team is on the verge of being kicked out of the premier league unless he pays some kind of a penalty totalling 33,000 Euro.
Thank God he couldn't get Kotoko or Hearts to outbid each other on his Player. He would have sold the Player if there was any team outside the country interested.
