thats higher than the percentage of hiv/aids amongst the general population of ghana which is about 1.5% meaning for every 200 normal ghanaians only 3 people have hiv/aids.

Did you wear condoms when you had sex with the woman who is not a lesbian, but perhaps has multiple male partners, including you, and unknown to you she is carrying the HIV virus? After extensive research has proved that homosexuals do not spread AIDS, but they are also victims of the disease, you still want us to believe the debunked claim? Are you making this claim from your own research work? We want to read it, Dr Boateng. Until then, find a decent and honest way of addressing the AIDS problem in the country. WE SAY: When was 23% of anything a majority? How many more discreet groups does Dr. Boateng know of, to make his 23% data valid?

WE SAY: What is that, "more things"?

And people "desist from such a virus"?

Is Dr. Boateng up to that job?
