IF THE ICAG'S PRESIDENT'S THOUGHTS ARE ANYTHING TO GO BY THEN TERKPER AND HIS DEPUTIES SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF THE ICAG LIST FOR GROSS INCOMPETENCE PROFESSIONAL DECEIPT.
