  Hello Dear Zanetor, I do 100% agree with you assessment of the unending dumping of trash in the Korle Lagoon. But because of the lack of enforcement and punishment to those who use the Korle Lagoon as dumping ground that has been going on for years, my humble suggestion is that the city builds a very high wire fence on both sides of the Lagoon. It will be costly, but the human cost is far greater than the money that will be spent.
