Essien was sent away because of his injuries and couldn't cope anymore with the tough and fast play of the EPL. Ghanaians still think african They think because a trainer likes somebody he would sign him for the club.Things don't work that way in Europe! Even Juventus are releasing him because they have a better replacement for him! The EPL is not a joke, if you are not fit and tough, you can't survive there! This calls to mind also about the "hype" about Chelsea seeking to sign Asamoah-Gyan . Gyan is being "gotten rid of" in his chinese club because of his age and also of his injuries of late, Chelsea would not take such a risk considering what happened last season with them! Moreover, no serious sports newspaper in europe has even made mention of these two players! In case people have not noticed even the Black Stars have now got very good replacements for these two players, its only more of sentimental reasons that they are being considered. The truth is painful but , although still USEFUL AND GOOD, they have passed their zenith. Our "journalists" must be realistic and also be more honest with themselves and not just

This means return to perpetual bench duties and stagnation for baba rahman. It's also not good for the black stars because we might have to forfeit inviting kwadwo to the black star. Beside chelsea is a difficult team to thrive at I think he should go to AS Roma where he can play in midfield. If he comes to chelsea they ruin Jim by playing him at left back. Stay in Italy kwadwo

I don't think is a good move,because Chelsea have too many player who are sitting on the bench. A player like k a need to go into a team that will allow him to play regularly to get his fitness back .
