  Such baseless and vague statement coming from education minister is unfortunate.I hate Kunkum what,but I think this base on emotions, wrong. We are found of making statements, especially in education sector,that have no research base.We have worse things happening in Ghana that affect pupils and school programs than this.When a politician is going to commission a KVIP they would line up school children, waiting in the sun to simulate a rousing welcome.Please, from now on give scientific bases for any statements you make or keep quiet.
