Nobody is scared of the police nor the judiciary any more. The desire for money has overwhelmed all institutions. Even if arrested these goons will pay the police or judges and be freed.

As someone who did her national service by teaching in this school I can attest to number of times where thugs in this area has heckle teachers and students by way of interrupting aggressively during school period and I am surprise nothing has be done to stop this nonsense.
One issue which I find it cynical during the time when I was there, how these people will turn the center court of the school to a soccer pitch the moment the primary school students leaves the premise at 4.00 p.m. disregarding that classes is still in progress for J.S.S students till 5.00 p.m. and any teacher who make an attempt to draw their attention to their disturbance to the students while classes is still going on or make an effort to stop them will be considered as provoking them and he/she will be taunt for the rest of their service over there.

The school should be closed until Mahama is replaced or the brutes are prosecuted.
We want Ghana to advance, but we have now a confused and incompetent administration who are so corrupt that they came to power when our national debt of 7 billion is now 100 billion in just seven years.
We are quiet while being raped by Mahama and his gang of thieves, and the results is that now noone is safe.

I am against corporal punishment and the more brutal the punishment, the more decisive my opposition. However, the school system has two options to pursue. The first option is to immediately expel the pupil from the school. Then the second option is to identify and prosecute the thugs who assaulted the teacher. Discipline has broken down in Ghana already. This sort of attack by thugs aggravates the situation.
