  She should be suspended for a year to serve a notice to her peers or els they would do the same. The girl used her boyfriend for that act so should be sanctioned

  I feel for the mother. I think she is genuine and really remorseful for what happened. All the same, the girl has to be punished. Let her do some community work like sweeping around the school block for a whole term. As for the hooligans, the law should take it's course on them. If a 15 year old can hire them to do dirt, God knows what else they do in their spare time. I believe they are armed robbers at night, and a for hire trouble makers during the day.
