Widows, widowers and un-remarried former spouses of USAA members who had USAA auto or property insurance while married and individuals whose parents have or had USAA auto or property insurance.
Cadets and Midshipmen
Cadets and midshipmen at U.S. service academies, in advanced ROTC or on ROTC scholarship, plus officer candidates within 24 months of commissioning.

You insult people when they talk against the EC and you insulting now about their dubious bank which is being forced on them by John mahama and his cronies including the Chief of Defence Staff. Where will ndc be if these military you are pushing them too much against the wall revolt? John Mahama must be careful with his games since junior military officers revolted against their senior officers in 1979, he shouldn't pretend he wasn't born by then. History could repeat itself, the way this ndc is handling the country.

Think as a human being who thinks and thinks properly. Where did you ever hear that the military operates a bank. The military can perform some functions that has to do with emergency operations eg health services, engineering services, research, etc but not finance, business, etc.

Apart from diverting attention from defending the country to running a business, the state will lose control over the military if they are allowed to generate their own sources of revenue. What will they do with the money they generate? Will it go into government coffers? Will they buy their own weapons?

Just see what is happening in Egypt. The Eqyptian military runs businesses and that country has never known peace - they stumble from one military dictator to another.

the bank is the best thing that has happened to serving personnel in the Ghana armed forces in a long while. it will definitely afford us the opportunity to take loans at a much lower interest rate. if fact if the soldiers had not frustrated the Earline plans to get us to be share holders, it would have afford those of us who contributed seed morning for the bank to be share holders. GCB in Burma camp is the richest GCB bank in Ghana basically because of soldiers money and am sure they are afraid of collapse and may be behind some of this negative news in the media to frustrate the setting up of the bank. the idea of the bank is good. we want it. however measures should be put in place to make it work effectively. we dont want soldiers at forces pay office to be part of it. there already stealing.
