Mahama found it convenient to order the posting of trainee nurses from his native Gonja tribe to newly constructed health posts dotted across his native Gonjaland whilst neglecting those from other parts of Ghana. He even sidelined the Lobis(Brefos) within the same region and Gonja districts. All these Mahama is doing to carve out a separate region from the present Northern Region for Gonjas. With this wicked agenda by Mahama, how can Ghana develop under his presidency.
Go and see how Prez Mahama of Ghana has transformed Gonjaland with Ghana money just within the two and half years that he has been in power. Every town, village and hamlet in Gonjaland has received a facelift with new facilities such as roads, toilet facilities, markets, mosques, good quality water projects, electricity extension projects, etc. The question is did J. J. Rawlings do the same thing to Voltarians when he was in power for twenty years? What about Atta Mills. The good old Prof was in power for three and a half years yet he was not selfish to only concentrate on his people in Ekumfi Etuam and the central Region but rather his whole thought was for the general good. No wonder under the care of Prez Mills, Ghana achieved a growth rate of 11%, single digit inflation and the smooth implementation of the Single Spine Pay Policy where newly recruited police personnel received the nominal equivalence of 500dollars as monthly salary. Compare these achievements to the nepotism and selfish policies of the Mahama government that has crippled the Ghanaian economy. I really weep for Ewes and Fantis whose votes brought Mahama to power and yet are the hardest hit by the current hardship prevailing in the country.

The country has been mismanaged for so long that the only way to rest affairs and put things in the right direction is unfortunately through war . Our gold and all natural resources are of no benefit to the people despite over 30 billion dollars every year of these exports . Our people live in poverty and have the standard of a nation in the 17th century rather than enjoying the standards and benefits of the 21st century . I need not quote Socrates or Aristotle, Confucius or Roosevelt but today i will mention Stalin .Stalin said the core of all governance or politics is the personnel politics , today we see a govt packed with alajih Muslims , northerners and ayigbe Ewes whose only agenda is to destroy the economy , discriminate against the majority Akans and ensure exploitation , slavery and poverty so in the ignorance the people retain their system of governance. Yes there only 2 ways to determine the legitimacy of any government of system of governance and that is one through the ballot box or by war . America and all the nations of the west were not born or did not gain their freedom and right to justice through the ballot box but by war so its time to prepare our great nation the Akans . We do not need 99% approval but less than 1% of those who are aware to begin this effort and thanks be to God in my travels around i see our people are ready. We rejected despite all the trickery colonial rule now is the time to boot out this pepeni/ayigbe pestilence and no more weep by the rivers of Ewe/Northern?Muslim Babylon. The divine duty of every nation set by God is to seek freedom from any oppressor or unjust system and we shall never surrender to these criminals , its our turn to say let their blood flow. Now they rush to sell off for a pittance the ECG and any thing else that will burden us with debt or deny us the capability of self reliance through managing our own wealth claiming these are the rules , the bullshit will never end. The personnel politics is important even in economics as the only way to secure loyalty and good intent is if the majority themselves own their own natural resources . These NDC idiots and their sleepers in the NPP have a perverse way of interpreting good economic principles and turning them into yokes so heavy the people are broken into poverty . Imagine Putin of Russia privatizing the oil and gold of his country and it being owned by non Russians , foreigners from Europe China or America . Imagine Britain , Norway or USA allowing their industry , natural resources or oil be owned by non citizens ? We are surprised we have fake exploiting investors who never bring their profits back but rather buttress their economies in their own countries with our money and wealth . Yes its time to end all these , find true thinkers and patriots who will truly love our people and put them first . Yes only war will remove this oligarchy who think the way forward is to keep our people in poverty. We challenge all sound minded people to review and reflect upon all political decisions of the last few decades and observe how they find ways of perversely undermining otherwise correct macroeconomic principles and rules into nightmares of worry and trouble for future generations. They sell our golden goose to foreigners and applaud each other in their stupidity of how they were able to sell out the interests of the ignorant people. Yes war will make them know the price of betrayal and selling out the nation's interest . Not a single decision has any common sense or is motivated by the true desire to serve the interests of the people . Today we see small boys driving around in expensive cars because they are pepeni /ayigbe hegemony tribalism saturated . Time to end all of this nonsense and this is the year , forget elections and prepare for war as they will only attempt again to rig the vote and will never be encouraged to go away peacefully .

Parliament members this is a very good advice and needs to be implemented immediately.Somebody with Wisdom needs to draft a law on this and we try it for 15 years and see how it works.

I have always be calling for changes to the way we appoint our security chiefs. We should make changes. Why should the president alone appoint the IGP without parliament involvement. I think we need to change it with the President appointing with 2/3 majority in Parliament so that all political parties have a say. Also he or she should be given security of tenure so that they can do their jobs without the fear of being sacked in the government changes. This should apply to the BNI Director and Chief of Defence staff and service commanders. it is only when this is done that people will have trust in the security services.

The fact that government appoints police chiefs does not mean they should work in favor of that government,it doesn't mean they should shield wrong doers in government.

Every city police Chief is appointed by the various cities mayors in the USA. The head of treasury, supreme judges and other heads are appointed by the President. Ghana doing nothing different.

Buy into his wisdom or don't criticize him.I tell you the reason why the police in Ghana cannot function efficiently and to be to fight crime to the barest minimum is as a result of too much infiltration.All politicians especially those in power feel and think that they are above the law.In some cases Assembly members and government appointees have the audacity to dictate to police officers within their jurisdiction in trade off for favors.There are instances,where DCE will order police officers in his area to act in his favor to the detriment of other citizens and opponents.This in the end relegates the core of mandate of the police to at all times to act in the larger interest of the public.Rather the police become puppets of the ruling govt to oppress opponents in a bid to galvanize or retain power.this a clear affront to democracy.All politicians are guilty of this.In other to curtail this practice ,the law on the appointment of the IGP,Members and the composition of the police Council and the appointment of senior officers above the rank of ACP should be done by an independent body devoid of politics.

Just to add the police service in Ghana is one of the most laughable in the world, I traveled between kumasi and sunyani and there were more police blocks than i could count schools and they all were collecting bribes!
The government needs to start looking at employing and training college/university graduates into the force to try and cut of at least some of its problems.
No one in Ghana at post really does their job anyway,Ministers,IGP,MPs and the list goes on....

This former IGP is a disgrace to the police uniform. He presided over cocaine which was impounded and just changed into kokonte powder. Instead of resigning as any self-respecting police officer will do, he refused and President Kufour rather rewarded him with a state honour.

Oh NPP, you will never change and now you want to come back to power again. If that should happen, Ghana will become a drug hub in the world. I will not be surprised if cocaine processing plant is built at the airport to ease transportation outside.

What did he do about the situation he is complaining about today when he was the IGP? He was seriously engaged in moving cocaine and replacing it with kokonte powder.
