  Flooding occurs every where in the world even in developed countries. However the nation can avert some of these problems if we could avoid our bad habit of filling drains and gutters with solid waste and refuse. Don't blame ...

  Flooding occurs every where in the world even in developed countries. However the nation can avert some of these problems if we could avoid our bad habit of filling drains and gutters with solid waste and refuse. Don't blame government for everything. I really yearn for a change but hardly can anybody blame government for natural disasters like earthquake, strong winds, hurricanes and continuous heavy downpours.
