  Yes you are right. Blame the presidency for people throwing trash indiscriminately like animals. Blame the presidency for land department officials taking bribes and allowing illegal structures, blame the presidency for urban planning officials for doing the same, blame the presidency, blame the presidency. What a nation that cannot solve any problem. except blaming political opponents even if it is clear that the blame belongs to some other entity
