  If you had taken the trouble to examine and comprehend Lord Lucan’s carefully chosen words you would have realised that he was referring generically to the type of persons who commit such bestial acts and proffering a personal view regarding how he feels they should be dealt with .
  
  In no way whatsoever did he directly suggest that the named individual [Charles Valentine Doula] was guilty of the alleged offence. That [quite rightly] is entirely a matter for the court of law to decide – nobody else!

  This heinous crime has been going on for decades which means that because there is no deterrent, paeodophiles have a licence to go on destroying lives. what kind of adult will subject an infant to such torture? Only a criminally deranged person can do that. Such people belong in the category of armed robbers and the only way to combat their crime is to gradually reduce their numbers until they are completely eradicated. Don't these criminals don't have any brains? In my opinion, rapists and paedophiles and rapists must be castrated and imprisoned for life.
