I have no Ghanaian political affiliation, but it makes no sense to use good money in pursuit of bad one.A government investment in a sugar plant is not a 21st century economics,its dumb!.It is only private enterprise with eyes for profit that can turn that factory around.The political group in Canada, whether we like them or not, are right challenging the government's motive investing in a factory rather than infrastructure.
