There are special modules designed for only graduates with special packages. HND holders, diplomats and SHS leavers also have their special modules and packages. Thanks to his strong leadership Ghana has engaged in the Expansion of the intake of the public Teacher Training Colleges from 9000 to 15,000+ qualified applicants in 2014. This significant expansion (6000+) is as a result of the scrapping of the trainees allowances.

Do you think it was for nothing that his predecessors introduced it? In any case, who told you that the intake of students in the colleges of education under Kufour was the same as that of Rawlings? Kufour also increased the students enrollment to some extent, but that didn't warrant scrapping of their allowances. When Kufour was on power how much was admission fees for colleges of education even when there was allowances for students? How much is it now now, even when they are not on allowances? When Kufour was on power did we have oil revenue? How wide was the tax net under Kufour? How much was public debt under NPP? Please, your incompetence is the course of the sufferings of Ghanaians. You can't run away from the reality.

They changed Northern Development Authority (NDA) to Savannah Accelerated Development Authority (SADA), and also used it to steal state money. They tried to change the name of NHIS but they could not so they changed the logo. They also changed Ohene Djan Stadium back to Accra Sports stadium. They tried to change the Theodosia Okoh hockey pitch to Atta Mills hockey pitch but the public did not allow them. They also changed the police service 'Special Branch' to BNI. The NDC changed Accra High Street to Atta Mills High Street. Now they want to change polytechnics into technical universities. NDC has no original ideas except 'create, loot and share'.
