The drafting of the constitution was done solely by Tsikata to suit his Ewe dictator and brother. But the dictator still was not pleased with the constitution because he wanted to be like Putin.

Its more than 100% true that the winner takes all is the most killer in Ghanaians politics. Until this system changes Ghana will never move ahead, corruption will always rule the nation. Too much power is given to the President and his party. The whole nation is one party state where no one is in position to oppose the President. It is unlikely to have a real neutral institutions to oversee the nations affairs. It doesn't help us to use our most potentials peoples. If Ghana wants to grow, then we need to vote for one who will bring change in our constitution, who will be willing to reduce the President powers, who will allow regions to select their own governors and their own. DCE. Only this can reduce corruptions and promote developments. Rise up Ghana.
