A white CEO wouldn't mind sitting with labourers in the same workers's canteen to have his or her launch without been served by anyone but come to Africa; the system of companies canteens are more or less the same as the the past south African apatheid system. Worst among these intellectuals are the engineers who are supposed to go to the field and do practical work but are dressed in suits and shiny shoes sitting in aircondtioned offices in rolling chairs chatting with their numerous girlfriends. Theoretically, they are the best engineers but practically they don't even match up to a Chinese high school first year science student. Intellectualism is not what you wear but what you give back to your people after attainable degrees. Most prime ministers and mininters in the western world prefer to commute to work with public transport but in Africa, the story is opposite. They have to be driven by chauffeurs in limousines. We shall continue to be third world countries until the end.
