Like the goat who aimed at destroying its owners house, by robbing off the paint of the building with its skin; little did it know that its fur would be depleted in the course of its diabolic mission. This goat started by first making noise when everybody is asleep, urinating and sprinkling its faeces everywhere given its owner much work to do every day all because the owner did not allow it to sleep in the barn where all the food for the rest of the animals are kept.

Is not true that this dark short man has been making all these noise simply because he thinks he should be allowed to sleep in the flagstaff house so he can use his coca cola lens spectacle to peep through the bank of Ghana vaults?

Is it also not true that this man has been urinating around town; specifically at the mosque in the northern part of the country?

Is it also not true that this man has been telling lies all over the world just to taint the image of the country that feeds him?

He thinks he is progressing with his diabolic acts of destroying his neighbours and friends but is least aware of how dwindled beyond measure his support base has become. He cannot make sense anymore apart from insults. He has surrounded himself with puppets who only sing his praises. None of them has a cool head, when they open their mouth they sound violent and threaten anyone as if they are at war. This is truly “pass gya enterprise “meaning pass me the smoke.

Application of common sense enables a thinking person to follow the rules and apply his or her own strategies in the rules of engagement. You cannot pull your neighbour down when you see yourself to be under performing just to make you look good. That is called “ABODAM”

If anyone should question themselves as to what went wrong? You will be marvelled to uncover under the sleeves of this dark short barred headed man what was handed down to him by his neo colonialist parents.

He is indeed suffering from mental slavery and feels more comfort to make abhorring speeches in foreign lands against this great country as if he is the prince of the land.

If the information includes addresses, some of these folks might have traveled abroad or been dead. Ghanaians often do not announce their trips abroad, especially, when they are taking great risks to do so that might cause the trips to fail. Many of the folks that travel across the Sahara, and through Libya to Europe could end up dead in the accidents in the Mediterranean.

More, we don't have an active and strictly adhered-to Death Registration requirement. So, folks die and people do not even inform the Authorities about it. Only when some families of the dead are rightly approached would they offer to confirm the death of their members.

Sometimes, even if addresses are located, the targets may not be living there anymore and people would not know where they moved to. Families of targets may themselves not know where they might be, or simply refuse to divulge their new locations.

This is the reason why Ghana should have a Citizen's and Resident's identification numbers, like the USA's Social Security Number that combines both and differentiates between Citizens and immigrants with codes.

And Births and Deaths Registration would have to be more strictly enforced. It is the absence of such a Citizen's Id # in Ghana that has complicated our Voter's Registration problems.

The commission gave the programme for this years elections in 2015 and you may not be aware because you are looking at the wrong side. We ill never use to registers to vote in the elections as has been happening in the NPP.

Did the EC in 2012 know about this category of voters with missing code numbers? If no how was that possible? And if the EC knew, what kind of elections were conducted in 2012?
And if the missing code numbers of these voters cannot be identified, what happens to these voters with no codes on the discredited voters register? Again, would the EC share with Ghanaians, the regions, constituencies and polling stations of these voters with missing code numbers so Ghanaians get a better appreciation of the issues?
