Even when he was with the Kuffour Govt, Ndoum tried to build his profile to become president because he considered himself more qualified than all those around. But finding no platform within the CPP he formed his PPP which also has no legs. He is bitter that he cannot become president, hence his jealousy at Mahama and even Akuffo Addo whose chances are better than his. He used Kuffour as a stepping stone to his riches but still not satisfied.
