This corrupt Asantehene has once again picked one of his buddies, because of bribe, to become the chief of Bantama. Leopard can never change its spots; once corrupt always corrupt. As a former "passport connection dealer" before becoming Asantehene, the guy can't help himself let go his "old ways" of making quick money. It's sad he misusing Asante people's treasure for his selfish ends.
