Readers would recall that Betty Mounds was the one who awarded SCHOOL building contracts at a triple price of the existing contract sum of some GH 80,000.00. And this happened at a time when they claim inflation was in the single digits. Could you imargin how foolish these criminal liars were. Kuffour built similar structures with 80,000 at a time when inflation was around 14.8% and under Mills it was 240,000 at a rate of 8.8%. And these buffoons turn around to blame the fall of the cedi on some mysterious dwarfs. I don't blame those African countries that have been ripped apart by civil unrest because if you have such buffoons in power who always turn our local elections into a West Africa one by contracting Togolese Trokosis, Burkinabe and Wangaras from La Cote D'ivoire to vote for them, the " Road To Kigare", is sometimes, a likely option to kick their ass from power.

It is against the law for the President to accept a gift(bribe) of that value. The car was personally given to Mahama, it was not given to Ghana so when did they put this car in the Presidential car pool? These idiots think all Ghanaians are as stupid as their foolish supporters.

The Mahama administration must not resort to dissembling in this matter - which has very serious consequences if the whole truth is not told to Ghanaians..

It is said that the road to hell is paved with good intentions. Perhaps President Mahama had good intentions in helping his Burkinabe contractor friend to build part of the eastern corridor road project - because he probably felt he would do a good job for Mother Ghana.

Well, it could lead now to his losing the presidency. For if the allegations are true, then he mist step aside or be forced to resign. Is is an impeach gable offence - and the NPP minority in Parliament must investigate the allegations and getvthe Hpuse to start impeachment proceedings if they are found to be true.

If true, then the NDC must be ruthless in ridding itself of John Mahama asap - and get Martin Amidu to become its presidential candidate with Paa Kwesi Amissah-Arthur as his running mate. This could be a blessing in disguise for the NDC.

In the same vein, if the allegation that thecp NPP's Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo did indeed threaten Adakabre Frimpong Manso of Neat FM , then he too is not fit to become Ghana's President. The NPP would also be wise to rid itself of him - and go for Alan Kyremateng as a replacement.

Mother Ghana can then rest assured the we will have peaceful elections. Cool.

These allegations regarding claims that President Mahama accepted a luxury car as a gift from a foreign Contractor need to be properly investigated. If there are legal grounds to impeach President Mahama then this should be pursued? The same action of impeachment should also apply to President Kuffour & any other past or current Ministers of State. I am fed up reading about corruption and no action being taken despite laws being in place to deal with offenders. However, currently we are just discussing allegations made against President Mahama and until these claims have been proven in a Court of Law, he remains innocent in my eyes.

Do we buy this nonsense from one who claims to be a learned person? An article by Mr. Nyaamah stated that, Mahama set rules for his appointess not to accept gifts or offers exceeding 500 cedis. How then a sitting President will take a gift more than $100,000.00 from a contractor who won a bid to construct that fence wall on the embassy building? Is Omane Boamah sane or just licking Mahama's anus or sucking his d...head?

No Head of State or government official in any country under the sun will stoop so low to act foolishly like this dead-goat of a president. Many countries and I think Ghana is part of it have set rules for its diplomats and representatives not to accept gift worth more than a certain sum of money. Most country's officials will refuse such gift outright as it contravenes their set rules.

Early part of this year, CNN reported a case about a former Governor of Virginia in USA who accepted gifts less than $50,000.00. He was investigated and put before a court and was found guilty. His sentence is about 2+years and also to refund or pay the money into Virginia State's Treasury.

I hope Parliament would extend their investigation on the entire Embassy Staff in Burkina Faso which I believe they also receive some form of "GORO" from this crook contractor.

My ardent question is, did any Ghanaian company benefitted from this foreign loan which a Burkinabe contractor was sole beneficially which Ghanaian Tax payer is footing that bill? We have most useless individuals ruling the country now.
