When the Presidency received gifts in public, they can and do end up at the intended destination'. There is nothing as the gift was made in public, all depends on what the receiver decides to do with it. He can declare it and release it for public use or he can declare yet keep it for his personal use. When world leades such as Presidents Obama presidents Obama and David Cameron
  receive gifts, are there public ceremonies? They are done behind close doors. Yet when they return home, they declare the gifts to the State Department. So Ghana has to develop a convention on Presidential gifts. Let us get serious and stop this ugly noises. What Manasseh has done is no investigation at all.
