Is the law applicable to government buildings or private buildings? Instead of finding accommodation for Ghanaians, you sit somewhere and make stupid laws you cannot enforce. I hate gyimi!

The car was also under declared as used car... What about that?
Funny enough a whole learned commutation minister gave a funny reasons for the sole sourcing
1. The contractor was closed to that part of Ghana
2. The contractor knows the area well
My questions are :
Are all these Chinese contractors know every inch of Ghana?
Is China near any boundary areas of Ghana?
This is a stingkinchronic deal n God saves Ghana.

You couldn't enforce even the 6 month law, what makes you think that you can enforce the one year law?

The issue is not only about the period but also the per centage of increase. this is very important as some land lords increase over 150%.
