Is the law applicable to government buildings or private buildings? Instead of finding accommodation for Ghanaians, you sit somewhere and make stupid laws you cannot enforce. I hate gyimi!

Provided the tenants have alternatives. Demand for accommodation in Ghana is so inelastic that the landlord definitely has superior advantage. This law will not work
The issue is not only about the period but also the per centage of increase. this is very important as some land lords increase over 150%.
