If really Togbe did negotiated this salary for a foreign coach, then I AM SORRY FOR TOGBE AND HIS WOULD-COACH. I would assume that that coach is a GARBAGE. He cannot take Hearts anywhere on this planet. Hearts need to be careful about the way they do their business with COACHES. A club would be lucky sometimes to have a coach like Kenichi. STAY WITH THE DEVIL IF INDEED HE IS ONE, BUT I HOPE NOT.
