AUTHOR : JAMES MANN------ - How does Omane Boamah explain these: 1. the preamble says, the contractor did a bid and did win the contract and he was introduced to the then Vice President who happens to be the present President and he a sent a delegation to attend a funeral concerning the contractor, after that he wins a bid to build a wall to the value of $650,000(which is another issue altogether), then he gives a "gift" to the President who then calls to say thank you. 2. He begins winning contracts based of sole sourcing which are against the procurement rules of the country?

The country has been mismanaged for so long that the only way to rest affairs and put things in the right direction is unfortunately through war . Our gold and all natural resources are of no benefit to the people despite over 30 billion dollars every year of these exports . Our people live in poverty and have the standard of a nation in the 17th century rather than enjoying the standards and benefits of the 21st century . I need not quote Socrates or Aristotle, Confucius or Roosevelt but today i will mention Stalin .Stalin said the core of all governance or politics is the personnel politics , today we see a govt packed with alajih Muslims , northerners and ayigbe Ewes whose only agenda is to destroy the economy , discriminate against the majority Akans and ensure exploitation , slavery and poverty so in the ignorance the people retain their system of governance. Yes there only 2 ways to determine the legitimacy of any government of system of governance and that is one through the ballot box or by war . America and all the nations of the west were not born or did not gain their freedom and right to justice through the ballot box but by war so its time to prepare our great nation the Akans . We do not need 99% approval but less than 1% of those who are aware to begin this effort and thanks be to God in my travels around i see our people are ready. We rejected despite all the trickery colonial rule now is the time to boot out this pepeni/ayigbe pestilence and no more weep by the rivers of Ewe/Northern?Muslim Babylon. The divine duty of every nation set by God is to seek freedom from any oppressor or unjust system and we shall never surrender to these criminals , its our turn to say let their blood flow. Now they rush to sell off for a pittance the ECG and any thing else that will burden us with debt or deny us the capability of self reliance through managing our own wealth claiming these are the rules , the bullshit will never end. The personnel politics is important even in economics as the only way to secure loyalty and good intent is if the majority themselves own their own natural resources . These NDC idiots and their sleepers in the NPP have a perverse way of interpreting good economic principles and turning them into yokes so heavy the people are broken into poverty . Imagine Putin of Russia privatizing the oil and gold of his country and it being owned by non Russians , foreigners from Europe China or America . Imagine Britain , Norway or USA allowing their industry , natural resources or oil be owned by non citizens ? We are surprised we have fake exploiting investors who never bring their profits back but rather buttress their economies in their own countries with our money and wealth . Yes its time to end all these , find true thinkers and patriots who will truly love our people and put them first . Yes only war will remove this oligarchy who think the way forward is to keep our people in poverty. We challenge all sound minded people to review and reflect upon all political decisions of the last few decades and observe how they find ways of perversely undermining otherwise correct macroeconomic principles and rules into nightmares of worry and trouble for future generations. They sell our golden goose to foreigners and applaud each other in their stupidity of how they were able to sell out the interests of the ignorant people. Yes war will make them know the price of betrayal and selling out the nation's interest . Not a single decision has any common sense or is motivated by the true desire to serve the interests of the people . Today we see small boys driving around in expensive cars because they are pepeni /ayigbe hegemony tribalism saturated . Time to end all of this nonsense and this is the year , forget elections and prepare for war as they will only attempt again to rig the vote and will never be encouraged to go away peacefully . When oppression , discrimination ,stealing and corruption becomes the norm rebellion and war become the duty.

AUTHOR: MR. FIGURE-OUT---------------- It is only in Ghana would such a dishonorably idiot be on the government pay roll. Professor Mill should be solely blamed for imposing those criminals on us. After Mills found Betty Moulds guilty of judgement debt payments the only thing he could do was to move her to the Education dept to continue her looting. Readers would recall that Betty Mounds was the one who awarded SCHOOL building contracts at a triple price of the existing contract sum of some GH 80,000.00. And this happened at a time when they claim inflation was in the single digits. Could you imargin how foolish these criminal liars were. Kuffour built similar structures with 80,000 at a time when inflation was around 14.8% and under Mills it was 240,000 at a rate of 8.8%. And these buffoons turn around to blame the fall of the cedi on some mysterious dwarfs. I don't blame those African countries that have been ripped apart by civil unrest because if you have such buffoons in power who always turn our local elections into a West Africa one by contracting Togolese Trokosis, Burkinabe and Wangaras from La Cote D'ivoire to vote for them, the " Road To Kigare", is sometimes, a likely option to kick their

So corrupt, so much conflict of interest, so much bribes taken and given, so much over inflating of project cost, so much bogus project, so much kick-backs, so much borrowing, so shameless and NDC under Mahama believe they can still buy their way into maintaining the grips of power to continue with their wicked and evil agenda against this cursed nation. Ghanaians, are there any brains in this country? I don’t mean the chiefs, kings and elders who are all in with this nasty son of a president to destroy this nation.
Ghana is in the pocket payroll of Mahama. He has bought the chiefs, kings, police and army and he believe he will buy his way into the next term for the presidency office. He doesn’t care or fear anyone; even JJ is on his payroll too. That’s why he is shameless and careless. He doesn’t give a damn about Ghana. This nation can be sold for $1, but Mahama will still cash in on billions. The NDC is only interested in kick-backs, fake projects, and the rest, evil against Ghana. Lets’ vote for the devil himself in this coming election. If there is no seat or party for him, lets’ create him one, because he would care more than this NDC government.

Remember Nkrumah managed to do what he did with a largely illiterate workforce now we have a huge number of graduates who are unemployed to man these projects as well having much more resources than we have ever had before but because of the current mismanagement it doesn't look that way.

One Christmas Eve, a frenzied young man ran into a pet shop looking for an unusual Christmas gift for his wife. The shop owner suggested a parrot, named Chet, which could sing famous Christmas carols. This seemed like the perfect gift. "How do I get him to sing?" The young man asked, excitedly. "Simply hold a lighted match directly under his feet." was the shop owner's reply.
The shop owner held a lighted match under the parrot's left foot. Chet began to sing: "Jingle Bells! Jingle Bells! ..." The shop owner then held another match under the parrot's right foot. Then Chet's tune changed, and the air was filled with: " Silent Night, Holy Night..."
The young man was so impressed that he paid the shop-keeper and ran home as quickly as he could with Chet under his arm. When the wife saw her gift she was overwhelmed.
"How beautiful!" She exclaimed, "Can he talk?" "No," the young man replied, "But he can sing. Let me show you." So the young man whipped out his lighter and placed it under Chet's left foot, as the shop-keeper had shown him, and Chet crooned: "Jingle Bells! Jingle bells!..." The man then moved the lighter to Chet's right foot, and out came: "Silent Night, Holy night..."
The wife, her face filled with curiosity, then asked, "What if we hold the lighter between his legs?" The man did not know. "Let's try it," he answered, eager to please his wife. So they held the lighter between Chet's legs. Chet twisted his face, cleared his throat, and the little parrot sang out loudly like it was the performance of his life: "Chet's nuts roasting on an open fire...."

“The President has breached the Public Procurement Act.
“The President has breached the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) Guidelines on Conflict of Interest.
“The President has breached the 1992 Constitution.
“The President has breached his own Oath of Office and is therefore no longer fit to hold himself as a worthy leader of our country.”
That, I am afraid, states the issue in as straight-forward a manner as is warranted by the facts of the case. No amount of “caterwauling” by those who condone impunity on the part of our office-holders, can cover those facts. He propagandists would do well to learn one thing from this statement: you cannot fool all the people with words all the time! When you try to do so, you will be exposed by completely unexpected members of the public. For members of the public are never as stupid as propagandists think they are.
Another word of warning to the propagandists is this: even people who are hypnotised do snap out of their hypnosis at one time or the other!

Question:
Why would someone in his country wake up and give a car gift to another man in Ghana who has done nothing for him?
Answer:
The only logical explanation could be that, maybe sometime ago the car giver's life was probably saved in some kind of accident or a favor was done to him by the guy from Ghana.
What do you think? The motive of giving a gift to someone is to acknowledge or appreciate service done for you in the past.
Why did you give the gift? Is it because the person you are giving the gift to is poor? I am not a lawyer, but I know, and I know that, as an ordinary man, this car gift is for appreciation for something done.

Before the so called 'gift', he (the contractor) was desperately looking for contracts the world over, but could not secure any. He was then led by a good samaritan, a connection man to meet the president & he hit the deal was done. He later sent the 'gift', whether per agreement or appreciation, only God knows. Then the door of opportunities opened for him to get series of contracts. The prez to whom the car was personally donated, called & thanked him & later left it in the fleet of cars of the presidency. That car was there when an unsafe vehicle was hired to convey the presidential press corp which sommersaulted & got one journalist killed. Again, it was there but journalists covering an important national event had to be transported in tipper trucks. From the foregoing analysis, doesn't the car 'gift' constitute a bribe & conflict of interest?

Does "situation in totality" also include "Hotel Kufuor". Does "situation in totality" include Ocquaye's fellow NPP Ministers awarding themselves lucrative government contracts while serving as Ministers under President kufuor? Does "situation in totality" also include president Kufuor and his NPP ministers "selling" government lands and properties to themselves without the benefit of public bidding? Did Ocquaye not see a "situation in totality" when his fellow NPP member of Parliament Eric Amoateng was busy trafficking in drugs while serving in Parliament, thus becoming one of the biggest drug traffickers in Ghana's history? Is Ocquaye's "situation in totality" not a hear case of deception in totality?

Its only in ghana this foolish thing would happen. All the genuine people in the government know that its a thank you for the dubious contracts and it's very very shameful. But because of stomach politics the equally corruptible ones want to throw dust and keep on confusing themselves. Can Mahama take the Holy Book and declare himself innocent of the number of deals he has associated himself. We quickly want to rush to church on Sunday claiming we are Christians. Lets see the harm we are doing to the poor and the vulnerable. We would regret and pay for it one day.

Down memory line we remember that a former minister in the Kufuor government Asamoah formed a company with his wife to renovate his own office. We have not been told if the contract was on tender or it was through sole sourcing by the minister. We are also made aware that both Rawlings and Kufuor received a lot of vehicles as president from companies and individuals which they took home with them.
We were also made aware that both Peduase and the state house there were gifts to Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah which he offered to the state as John Mahama offered the gift of vehicle to the state. The irony also is that the first person to use Peduase as official and residence was not person than the father of Nana Akufo-Addo, Edward Akuffo-Addo.

To me the bribe is not too relevant than the magnitude of the $650,000 contract. For just common wall in Burkina Faso not even in Bangladesh. This money should buy hospital beds for pregnant women sleeping on the floor
