The attorney general admits to Ghanaians that there exists no formal legal agreement, between the sovereign state Ghana and the USA which allowed Ghana to take in the controversial two Gitmo militants who are already in our midst. We are also told there was a "back slapping" diplomatic exchanges between our two governments which lacks any legal binding, ahead of the two militants arrival in the country. Folks let us consider for a moment , a role reversal here. Do you think the USA government would have accepted to receive the two militants from us ( Ghana) to America without any formal binding legal agreement between the USA and Ghana?The answer is obvious. Therefore the attorney general's submission is a cock and bull talk for the gullible. We deserve better explanations and answers
