  Kuffour's top agenda for his presidency when he took over was to GRAB AND SELL GOVT LANDS IN ACCRA as if he was selling tomatoes. The Students Loan Trust Fund, GHRAJ and others could have put up their own offices. Remember Energy Commission under Kuffour, the landlord was paid BILLIONS in rent while govt lands were sold (dashed) to NPP members to quickly resell.

We don't think about the well being of our country and its institutions at all. It is the same attitude that has robbed us of the many viable ventures we once had, stealing all the monies into our private accounts in and out of the country. STUPID, STUPID, STUPID

  That is what happens when you appoint people who cannot think right,that is what the so called affirmative plan will lead us to and I hope parliament reject that foolishness from Oye Lithur,we keep appointing people with no clue to sensitive positions just because they are women and they keep messing up,this is not difference from the CHRAJ mess we went through,we should appoint people who can do things right irrespective of gender,this is another blunder.
  How come government cannot house this entity in one of the numerous government buildings in the country and find a land for them to build a permanent office,does it mean the entity was created and left to fend for itself,not provided with offices,were they created in Makola market or Kotoka Lorry park?

  Common sense is not common even with so call educated illiterates who are running the country's affairs. So for all this years this lady can't find land to build a permanent office? Just last month I was able to buy a piece of land in Accra, oh Ghana!!! Why are we shooting ourselves just for chicken change? From the President to the ordinary people are all corrupt, I don't blame them, when you have a government building $650,000 fence in Burkina Faso, that tells you how stupid even the President can be.

  What prevents the Students Loan Trust Fund from operating from a place like Nsawam, Koforidua, Ho, Sunyani, Takoradi or some other place instead of crowding everything into Accra? Do we have brains in our skulls at all?

  So they get some GHC 13-15 Million. a year to disburse to God knows how many students. they spend about 5% on rent per year. they cant free government land, and they don't want to buy their own to build. i bet after salari ...

  $7,416 a month for rent is on the high side but also has to be place in context of prevailing rent rates in Accra its key locations.
