To say someone use NHIS card as a proof of Ghanaian nationality is while the card does not bear the nationality of its holder is absolute

At Kumasi High school,I was with Prophet Kobi for five years, and at UST, I was with Kwarteng for 4-years. Both of them are fine gentlemen. But Revered Kobi, unlike 'Trokosi' Kwarteng, is now becoming a monster i cannot contain any longer. BTW, Rev Kobi will have to deal with me in the near future.
