    They are lucky it is Ghana. If it were in any Developed country, the minister and the IGP would have been in jail. A former House Speaker of the US is now in jail for offense he committed over thirty years ago

    Kuffour was first to take a gift in 2001 when he won the election in 2000. Somebody completely renovated his whole house for him as a gift n nothing happened. So if anything, Kuffour should face it first before Mahama
