    The poor people are in prison because they did not have money to pay bribes to judges.

    Let private individuals open jails to house convicted offenders or ppl, on remand in other parts of the nation.

    A lot of gutters are choked,cities littered with refuse.Yet, the prisons overcrowded with non felon offences and misdemeanours. Our leaders should wake up.

    Ghana prisons don't have vehicles so the wardens transport inmates in public transport.

    This is NOT a big problem to solve.
