The question is if someone is your friend, that person is awarded a contract which is inflated and later spent $100,000 on a gift to the friend. What will you classify this? Let's say the person is not the president of Ghana. You guys are suffering and you are defending this nonsense. When there are too many fools in a country that is the end result.

  Peace is a spiritual fruit, and people with God's Spirit have peace. It looks as if the chairman of this Peace Council is bias and selective when talking about peace in Ghana. Is the council President's Council (PC) or Peace Council (PC)?
  Early last week, at the NDC Pastor's prayer with the president, his comments about the importance of the coming of Jesus was confusing when you relate it to what is going on in the country in regard to its politics and economics.
  Is the PC questioning the tribalism, hatred, stealing, insults and high-level of corruption in the country?
  The chairman of PC sees nothing wrong when the president gives cheeky answers on issues of corruption, but cast insinuations when Nana Addo proposes 1 district, 1 factory for reducing unemployment in the country. When the chairman of PC says, someone is making promises just to be president whiles he attends special NDC pastors prayers for the sitting president, it that not bias? If it is, then what type of peace are you referring to? Peace to maintain and
  promote the status quo? Your comments and inputs to the EC during and after that bogus consultation betrays you as a true broker of peace. Peace without justice is exploitation, humiliation and abuse. Speak against the ills and evil in the politics that prevents the growth of the country, and the dubious manipulation of EC; and there will be peace. How many times have we heard the PC talking about the corruption in government? This is an opportunity to serve God and people of Ghana, but not to attend to the wishes of a president.

  Well said, Reverend. Many of us are getting bored about the way the Peace Council is going about election matters in Ghana. There are many times you have failed to act when there was the need. What you should have done some time ago is what the Apex Court has started doing. I am talking about the voters Register. I am not being judgmental but I believe the Omnipotent God will not spare you if there should be war after the 2016 elections particularly the Presidential. Ministers of God are not to pamper. They are supposed to be fearless and speak the truth. Desmond Tutu will forever be remembered for what he stood for during the apartheid regime. I believe there were people who opposed him yet he challenged the White regime until his black brothers and sisters gained independence. Please,Ghanaians especially the Christians are watching.

  There can never be peace in any civil society where there is no justice so please lets make sure there is justice in Ghana and all these tensions will be a thing of the past.
