The question is if someone is your friend, that person is awarded a contract which is inflated and later spent $100,000 on a gift to the friend. What will you classify this? Let's say the person is not the president of Ghana. You guys are suffering and you are defending this nonsense. When there are too many fools in a country that is the end result.

The NPP wants the EC to do its bidding and thereby using surrogates to destroy the image of the EC and labelling it as inefficient. The EC is following a time-table which time table has been discussed with all the political parties. Why then stampede it?

While its generally accepted that not all successful presidents are entrepreneurs, its highly probable that, individuals of business acumen and orientation like Dr P Ndoum and others of his group should be the choice of any presidential candidate for this year#s presidential election. These breeds will undoubtedly change the economic outlook of the nation and create not only an attractive economic atmosphere in the country for investors but also use their expertise to reduce the bulging unemployment in the country. On my recent trip to the Ivory Coast and Ghana, I chanced to travel to the Ghanaian capital via Cape Coast and the site of a new university along the route convinced me that the man is up for the good of the country. In fact, I am not aware of any of the presidential candidates being so enterprising as this man and I really recommend him to the electorate to vote for their respective party MPs but then vote for this MAN to be at the head of the executive and lead Ghana to PROSPERITY. It just happened that He has chosen to be in a rather "un electable" political party/ I am sad.

My suggestion to this church celebrating matyr's day in memory of the slain judges 24 years ago would be for them to build a memorial in their memory,rather than this annual church event that exposes hurt feelings of our dark past.

Kuffour lost in 1996 and there was no problem just like Prof.Mills also lost in 2000 and 2004.It was only Nana Addo who had always something to say about the EC and that's very bad of him.Nobody is forcing Nana Addo to come and rule Ghana so he must learn to respect the rules and stop creating unnecessary tensions in the country.Thank you.

To make matters worst, the cheating President has messed up the country but still wants to retain power fraudulently. It's for this reason that a competent President would have found a way to appoint a competent EC. Unfortunately, Charlotte Osei has proven beyond any doubt that she isn't cut for the job! That is a testimony of why Ghana is in a mess under JDM! His ministerial and other appointments have been square pegs in round holes! He himself isn't a competent leader(eg. GITMO 2; ford gift; missing speech; airlifting $4m to Brazil etc). The sad thing is that he wants to retain power fraudulently! Unless she's straightened the EC will lead Ghana to a civil war soon.

The commission has been doing its constitutionally mandated work according to law, so what else does the GBA expect them to do? To kotow to the whims and caprices of the NPP surrogates who are using all means to get their new voter register agenda through? Has the EC sent any case to the Supreme Court? It is those mischievous characters that the GBA should admonish, and not the EC; or is the GBA also a surrogate of the NPP? Please come again, GBA.
