It will also accommodate 600 beds and more than 12 surgical theatres including administration for dental, accident, emergency, imaging, obstetrics and other administrations.

President Kufour used materials and labour from the Public Works Department Prestige to renovate his private building. Hon Kwamena Bartels cost the materials to be 41 million Cedis. This so called 41 millions Cedis was paid by a farmer. The amount was paid to Kwamena Bartels the NPP alleged when their lid was blown.
The 41 million Cedis was paid into UNDP GANG account of the then Ministry Of Works and Housing. The said 41 million Cedis was taken from the Consolidated Fund.
The so called refunded 41million Cedis were traced to Ministry of Finance And Economic Planning accounts and bank statement. It was debited on the Ministry Of Finance Economic Planning Accounts

The furniture’s supplied to the Office of the President and Vice President at the cost 309,440,700 Cedis including Value Added Tax (VAT) of 34,382,300.00 Cedis. The second company was paid 55,012,500.00 Cedis including a Value Added Tax (VAT) of 6,112,500.00 Cedis. Interim Payment Certificate (IPC) was used to pay. The Value Added Tax (VAT) paid was not receipted with VAT invoice. There was no documentary evidence that the VAT totaling 40,494,800.00 was paid to VAT Office.

were written in favour of IRS for the payment of withholding taxes were altered to
read variously as I.R.Samuel and Sons Ltd, J.R Samuel and Sons Ltd or I.R. Service Ltd and the amount subsequently cashed and misappropriated. Under the Ministry of Education, an amount totalling ¢298,831,561 that was claimed

The NPP Minister when in office award contract to themselves and some to their colleagues Ministers as conflict of interest.
Hon. Kwamena Bartels awarded a consultancy contract to Messrs. Dakab Consult own by Hon Adjei Darko former Minister of Local Government Rural Development at cost 20 million Cedis. The contract was on valuation of emergency of revetment project at Tema.

They caused a loss of 44 million dollars to employees Pension Fund.
President Kufour through telephone directed Export Development and Investment Fund (EDIF) to give almost two billions Cedis to his Cronies for salt production. He stated they help the Party to come to power. This money became a lost to the state because no feasibility study was down. The laid procedures were not followed before the money was released.
