My concern and that of all well-meaning Ghanaians is whether the BNI is a national institution or political party machinery. It appears to me they are part of the NDC government.Such institutions do not serve any meaningful purpose in a democracy. All security agents in any democratic country protect the interest of all parties. They(BNI) have shown they do not respect the rule of law and any other legal process, including due process. they disrespect the ruling of judges of the High court of Ghana. They serve no useful purpose other than protecting the interest of NDC and should be declared unlawful for our democracy.
